20 years ago, these guys would have still been 5 stars. Acknowledged me within 5 seconds of entering their store to tell me they were doing something instead of just letting me stand there. When they did get to me, I was taken care of and out the door within a few minutes. Told me it would be about an hour and a half to fix my device and it was done in 50 minutes. Picking up my device was just as painless. It was tested, working and looked brand new again but the most important part to me was that they used OEM Samsung parts to fix my device and it looked as good as the day I bought it again. No lines in my screen or brittle glass, they replaced my screen and LCD with the best parts available. 5 stars, all the way. Highly, highly recommend. The tech did treat my girlfriend with respect and professionalism. And on the repair instead of putting a screen protector that was on the phone the tech sold her 2 when he could of replace 1 and sell one. And this review is to held responsible the management to train their employees to learn the real meaning of customer services. Which for a fact I know that this company don't have. The process should of been 1. Replace the screen 2. test the phone 3. replace the screen protector and for last offer the customer another replacement to have as a spare. Y'all have NO idea on how blown away I was, not just by the efficiency and time around fixing my cell phone, but definitely above all, I AM A HUGE FAN OF CUSTOMER SERVICE and these men delivered, absolutely top tier! Both Nathaniel and James kept me up to date, informed on every step of the way.
