All stores are short staffed and this one is also! We heard they had a Pelican bass boat back in June but they didn't have the seats that are suppose to come in the boat. The management was aware of this at that time! Others had told me they had also gone to buy this boat since June but ALL got the same answer, we don't have the seats! Had a friend tell me the 1st week in august he thought they had the seats in now so we go on Wednesday the August 13 and they STILL don't have the seats in! the young lady working there was very helpful & called around to see what the issue was. the boat was sent over from another store without the seats & now nobody can find them! We were told the Greenville store has the boat with the seats & we could go there or the truck would take 4weeks to get it to this store. REALLY DONT UNDERSTAND ? You've had this boat for over 3months & haven't tried to get the seats? So we went to Greenville Friday to get our boat FROM OVERTONS! Paid $50 more and was worth every penny to not have to deal with Dunham's! Whoever the manager is for this store is just drawing a check he or she is not doing anything for your company! This visit I decided to ask a manager if I could take a lot of photos to post as part of my review, to help give everyone a quick glance as to what the store looked like, and general layout, and product selection that can be found. And I was denied by the general manager, also this manager would not provide me his name, nor give me the corporate contact number. Read moreNo customer service in shoes. If there was ever a department in any store that has to have customer service it is shoes. Usually all the sizes are not on the shelves up front. This store has a whole wall at the back of the store where the only shoes out front are the single display shoes. A few minutes after I got there, there was one lady working. After I looked for 20 minutes she was gone. I don't think she stayed that long. I sat down and waited 20 more minutes. Nobody.
