Stadler's Jewelry — Local services in Rocky River

Unfortunately Stadlers has lost a customer! I’ve purchased and had many things engraved there. Brought something in to get engraved today and the employee tells me they do not engrave unless the product is bought from them. I ask if that’s a new change in their policy as I said I’ve had many done in the past. He ignores my question and repeats they do not engrave unless the product is bought from them. I get changes but please work on those people skills.

By chance, I decided to stop by here and presented Nick, the Master Watchsmith there with my frozen automatic IWC. Within seconds of inspecting the watch, he knew exactly what was wrong and accepted it for repairs. And within a Day, he had my watch working and running again, and even inspected it further than I originally asked for to make sure everything was Lubed and Tight.

I have a watch that means a lot to me that needed fixed up. It needed a new leather band and battery. The gentleman behind the counter helping me was excellent. He took care of me right away and helped me find the perfect band and color and spent his time going through all the options with me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. The turnaround time was super quick only being 2 or 3 days. The price was very reasonable too. I know this is not how Stadler's makes the big bills but the amount of attention to detail and help I received while I was there for something as small as a watch band was truly remarkable.
