This store is my favorite because of the tiny birds that like to mooch little tidbits of French fries from you if you are seated outside. They all stand around in a little group and race to see who gets the next tasty morsel. It's like a mini flying French fry Olympics. Probobly not good for em but they love em Simular situation with me & In-N-Out Burger, probably not great for me but I love it. Of course, unlike the birds, I'm forking over some coin for the fries. Which is fine because I'm to slow to be racing anybody for French fties. I'd starve. Well maybe not starve, but I doubt I'd bring home any Olympic medals. But those fries are tasty.. If I were to start a training regimine.. Who knows? Yea.. In N out... Good stuff. Unnaturally happy staff. Juicy burgers. Thick shakes. Delicious fries. Plus the bird show. How could I give em less than 5 stars? I can't. Thus this...

Upon entry there was a smell which can only be described as a musty fishy damp smell. Went to the restroom and oh man it was a mess. Not only the restroom but outside as well. I really didn't pay attention to the dining area, so i cannot say if it was clean or not. As a former fast food worker, a lack cleanliness reflects the entirety of a store. If the restaurant doesn't care about it's cleanliness in its restroom then most likely they don't care about cleanliness in the kitchen. To say the restroom was dirty is an understatement and honestly it's sad to see the decline of in n out, as this isn't the first time I've seen this but this time it was...
Read moreIt was my family's first experience, being new to California. The young man taking orders outside in the drive thru line ruined our experience. Apparently, I had accidentally cut into the drive thru line & he informed me that he could not take mu order and I would be helped by someone further up, explaining inhad cut the line. I apologized and offered to go to the back of the line (there was only 1 car behind me). He told me to stay in line and it would make no difference. Well... that wasn't true. By keeping me in the line and taking my order at the end... they intentionally made my wait much longer than if I had gone to the back of the line like I suggested and taken my order like everyone else. The other employees were polite and kind. But the experience left a bad taste...
