I do not recommend ever ever coming here! What a complete waste of time. I dropped off 2 bin full of clothes and shoes off on a Saturday morning. I was told to come back in 2 hours. We do not live in the area so we decided to wait around for 2 hours instead of going all the way back home. We returned back to the store in 2 hours only to be told that they haven’t even started the process and that it’ll be another 2 hour wait. At that time my husband and I decided to go back home and pick up the clothing on the following business day. When we got home I received a text saying the process was complete. I called the store to find out what they decided to keep and what they didn’t decide to keep. I was told NOTHING!! Are you freaking serious! There is no way that nothing was kept. I had 50 percent of new clothes with tags still attached in the bin and nice stuff. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place! I wish I did. I was only looking to rid my closet before this military move. I guess I’ll donate to Goodwill! Because this place is horrible!!

Attention All! This is Georgiapeach 706 I just left a review. Unfortunately, I’m not allowed to do another review on my account so I had to use my husband’s account. In response to the owner’s comment under my original post. My timeframe is completely accurate. I have nothing to gain or lose from leaving a bad review or fabricating about this place of business. After reading the comment I called the store and ask to speak to the owner. The owner (male) got on the phone. I was very professional and I explained to him who I was and that I was calling to speak to him about him saying my timeframe was inaccurate. The gentleman then gets unprofessional with me and tells me that my times are a little exaggerated and that my review was an attempt to try to hurt their small business. He then says I could have just sent them a message instead of writing a review. Then he says take down the bad review and we can talk then hangs up on me. I will not take down the review because it’s the absolute TRUTH. I would like to know what kind of business I’m dealing with as a consumer so it’s only right that it stays up to warn people. My clothes are not goodwill worthy but being that I am moving I have no other choice but to donate. As stated before. Stay away from this business. It’s obvious they thrive off positive reviews and get angry off the so called bad ones. I can’t speak for buying here but as far as selling to them. Go elsewhere. I will not be returning to Revived Clothing Exchange. I called to get information about their consignment and how it works. I was given very vague information come to find out after the fact. They said you can bring your clothes and we will let you know what we can use in our store and pay you outright for them. The rest you can take back. That is all I was told. Sounded good to me, so I made a 45 minute drive up there because there are not any consignment shops near me. I walked in to ask if I can just drop off my clothes in the front area. The lady said yes and they will go through them and get back with me within two hours. So I bring my clothes in and then they tell me they can't accept them unless they are in boxes and limited to two boxes. So then I have to go find boxes somewhere. This was on a Friday afternoon and I did not have time to wait around 2 hours. They told me I have up to 48 hours to pick up the clothes before they are donated. So I planned to come back on Monday to see what they'd take and pick up the rest to donate somewhere. NOTHING! They didn't take anything from two boxes. I didn't expect them to take everything, but there were some nice clothes in there! The lady said it could be because the clothes are out of date or not "name brand." Good grief! If I had known all of this when I called and inquired the first time, I wouldn't have wasted my time! This information should have been given to me from the start!
