Taco Bell — Restaurant in Rolla

Dont like fast food. But i like taco bell better than all. They always screw up my order in one way or another. I never use drive through but lobby only so i can get my order and double check it before I drive off. If you go at night, they shut down stuff early all the time. At night I order online and pick up only to be told they are out of steak or grill is down or frier is down. But its not, they attempt to close stuff early. Sometimes i have to through out alpt of the food cause its not grilled or poorly made. I would avoid going after midnight. If you order online that late, you will have to cancel and reorder. This happens at least 3 times a week. Not a one off type deal.

If I could rate zero stars I would. Staff is either stupid or on drugs, there is no good team member I’ve come across. Didn’t hang a sign when they were busy stating that they could only take cash, yet there is no exit from the drive thru so I had to wait for the four others ahead of me to get their food before I could go somewhere else to eat. That was last time, this time the lady on the intercom asked me three times if she could help me with something when I said no one was behind me and I was just entering my mobile order really fast. I took probably two minutes. The fourth time she asked, “Can I have you pull up?” even though NO ONE WAS THERE. I said, “I’m just typing in my card info and it will be in.” I am not usually a Karen but these people have no sense of customer service. I would understand if I were holding up the line but the only reason I did the mobile order was because I had the time to with no one waiting on me. I’m not coming...

I literally am just shocked. I made a mobile order ordered a crunch taco with potatos nacho cheese and sour cream. I go through check my food, I got a crunch taco with chicken, lettuce, Chipotle sauce, and cheese. So I go back through right, honest mistake, don't know how it happened but honest mistake, I go through and I tell them that my order was wrong, so she makes sure I have a receipt and I did, so I show it, and say it's supposed to be this. She is LITERALLY telling the line guys that's she needs a hard taco with potatos no lettuce sour cream and nacho cheese. I'm think great ok sweet and easy. I get home and go to eat my food, open the taco wrapper and my heart drops, how could this happen, the remade taco has potatos nacho cheese yes, but there's beef.
