Why do you guys sell our pre-orders? It sucks when we pre-order a game and when the game is released, they sell our copy. What's the point of pre-ordering if you guys just sell our copy to somebody else?

Customer service is so so. Sometimes it's awful, sometimes its acceptable. I've went in there to buy a collectable figure as a gift. One of the employees talking to another "What a waste of money, who would buy statues? I can think of better things to spend my money on". They were acting as though I wasn't there. Another incident employee not allowing us to use the money we put down on a preorder(game already came out and we decided not to purchase it) towards another game. Very unprofessional staff. I went in trying to get advice on certain products and the whole time I was there they were badmouthing the products they sell. I wanted to buy a controller and they told me they'd only last 3-4 months at most and that it wasn't worth spending the money on unless I bought their protection plan. They also used the same method to sell another customer on a protection plan. The whole time they seemed to have some sort of superiority complex and spread rumors around, such as Microsoft no longer making consoles or games. veterans- they have great discounts! While I've been to other video games shops that have better video games prices, I go here for the Pokemon cards. I received a $120 ultra premium collection for only $97. Then, after buying 6 or 7 of them, I got another $15 discount. It's definitely worth becoming a member. They also have Pokemon trading events. Both male and female employees are very nice and will work to get you the best price. Don't let the fact that they are a chain hold you back from going there.
