UScellular & T-Mobile — Local services in Roseburg

Dear US Cellular:

I hate you! Your coverage in Oregon is great but your customer service over the phone sucks! Your security procedures are stupid, who remembers the 4 digit pin? Seriously? If I have an address, phone number, account number, first and last name of account holder and credit card with security code what is the pin# for?

In the end, you can take my payment without confirming it is my account, without telling me the balance and cannot give me a confirmation receipt without the stupid 4-digit pin?

I went in today ..my phone that I had from another company when I switched to UScellular finally came to an end ..the screen was toast and very difficult to read or even keep from freezing up..I took the pieces in taped together Meg spent hours finding saving and switching my info over..it was not an easy task..some apps were impossible..one app wanted to be sure it was me and asked for my great great grandfather's middle name ..b4 they transfered my info...but she got it done...

US Cellular has the worst service! They sent me an email saying they would give me a discount to receive paperless statement. Then I never received a $5 dollar discount. I also never received a paperless bill. I called to find out why and was informed that I was supposed to log into some websites to find my own statement but if I want to pay over the phone it would be an extra $6 . I will be spending tomorrow afternoon...
