Driving home to Vancouver from Nevada & stopped at this location. I get the same thing at every location, iced white mocha with soft top, I don't usually use the walk up window, always the drive thru. The music wasn't loud & when I make my order I say it exactly how I typed it, "medium iced white mocha with soft top" & I ordered a smoothie, the girl seemed in a rush, didn't use the tablet they have everywhere else, grabbed my debit card & went to the other side & rang it up. I get my coffee, no soft top. It's for my kid, she loves the soft top so I said I would have them put some on, shouldn't be an issue. So I asked, the girl who took my order was like "uhh, yeah I can" but some girl with long blonde pig tails goes "well, that cost extra, did you pay for it?" excuseeee me? I was extremely surprised by this only because it's DUTCH BROS, literally every location I have been to, the employees are, sometimes too nice but never have they ever been rude, or said anything like that, even if they had been annoyed with something I might have asked, so when she said that I told her "look, I asked for it when I made my order, I don't know if I was charged I didn't get a receipt, it's not my fault the girl was in a rush & didn't hear" they didn't ask to scan my app, didn't ask about the tip so not sure if she put one or not since I didn't get a receipt. They put the soft top on, I asked her to scan my app, which she did but my points never changed so, I am thinking she didn't oh she was annoyed with having to do that as well. By far the worst customer service at this location & I'm thankful for not living in the area so I won't ever have to stop there again. Might want to retrain those girls, from what I know they are not up to Dutch Bro...
Read moreI've never had such bad customer service at a Dutch Bros before. I ordered a cold brew mocha with soft top and coconut milk. The guy repeated it back correctly to my husband, however, someone else who seemed to be training him helped type it in. We received the drink with no soft top. Ok, no worries, this happens sometimes when I get soft top and coconut milk... sometimes the person assumes no dairy when they hear the coconut milk part. We get back in line to get it corrected, with 6 cars in front of us now. We get to the window and the gal training the guy at the order window informs us we were not charged for soft top, so it would be a dollar. Ok, one of you messed up, but sure here's your dollar. Did they remake the drink correctly? No. They put a dollop of soft top in a cup and said, "here you go." What a joke. I will never return to this location. Read moreI will be giving up on all Dutch Brothers in Douglas county. I had issues a few months back with this Dutch Brothers and I thought maybe things have gotten better, I was wrong. I like to get kind of a sweet drink, which is the picture perfect this particular Dutch Brothers and the one in Green seem to think that I need to have more syrup than coffee in this particular drink. So when I stopped in today I asked for light syrup, what's the idea that it would make it normal. Unfortunately when I got my drink I looked at it and then I asked the lady it was this light syrup and she said she didn't know I want it.
