Five Guys — Restaurant in Roseburg

Polite and personable employees. Food was a small wait. What seemed like 15 min was in Reality closer to 5 min wait time. Food was worth the wait. Food is made from Fresh ingredients, never frozen prior to preparing so they try to have the freshest ingredients in town. Looks like they are able to deliver. Food was excellent and portions were too large. Only critique would be the fries were VERY salty. To the point of not being able to eat them. My husband did eat most of them and his ankles were swollen all night. Salt is bad for us in excess. We should not put peoples heart health at risk of a stroke because we love to shake that salt too much. Not a good idea. Next time ill request salt free fries, and that should work just fine. It wS fairly $$$ we had 2 burgers 1 med fry and 1 large pop with 1 milkshake and the total was $26.00. Kinda steep for me but im kinda cheap when it comes to dining out as long as it doesnt come at the expense of flavor. Will return and will tell all my rich, no heart disease having friends all about it. The ones that dont qualify will have to find as nother place like Pita Pit or. ??!!?? This is a new building and it shows. Everything is shiny and new, and as clean as it will ever be. The crew on the two times I have been there have been efficient and happy (a major difference from most burger joints.) Even with the current restrictions due to the pandemic, they are courteous when dealing with unmasked people. They are amiable, yet firm, with the requirements of wearing a mask, or waiting outside.

Now to the main reason to go here, the food. Burgers are juicy and well topped, and you can top them with a lot at no extra charge. The standard burgers are double patty, or you can get a smaller one with a single patty. Fries are thick cut and you get plenty, and they're even decent when cold. Sadly for my vegitarean wife, they have nothing she can eat. While they do offer grilled cheese, they make it on the same grill as the patties so soaked in beef grease. Overall, if you're looking for health food, look elsewhere. If you want a great burger, you can't go wrong with...

Worst customer service we have experienced in the entire city of roseberg. When we came into the store what I would believe to be a manager not sure but was in a black shirt as the other ones were in read about 5’6” black hair cooking burgers. He was arguing with another customer already to what looked like a fight was going to break out. We did order our food which was good and a milkshake. My wife took a drink off the shake waiting for our food, And he yelled at my pregnant for taking a sip of her shake. “No drinking in here or you can get out”. Nothing else was said before that making my wife feel really awkward being in there. It’s really not a good thing to have terrible service with great food cause now I will not be making another stop in this five guys and can say neither will any of my family.
