Chico's — Local services in Roseville

Selection at this store is "at par" compared to other Chico stores that I frequent; however, one thing I have found consistent at this store is "overall" poor customer service, and lack of interest. Yesterday, I made a purchase of 3 expensive garments, and watched the clerk "roughly folding" my purchases and "shoving" the items into the bag - whatever happened to folding the blouses and jacket and placing them in the bag - was I shopping...

I got really good deals but I gave this a 2 because no one waited on me or even said Hello until AFTER I asked for a room. I worked at Chicos in the bay are for a year in Walnut Creek and Lafayette, we always greeted everyone that walked through the door. 3 Women were working, no one...

I like the clothes, but I usually buy online, and when you have to return something watch out! Some of the employees are rude, and very unpleasant...
