My and my daughter went to this salon on June 30, 2022 to get her hair washed and braided. Another client was there with her daughter to get her hair braided too, so she got serviced first which made us second in line. We waited 2hrs and 40mins total (plus she was 20 mins late because they opened at 9am) She told my daughter to sit in her chair, then starts to comb her hair. Then she takes my daughter to the wash bowl and tells me it’s not in her heart to continue washing her hair because she can’t deal with my daughter crying! I just came to the conclusion that she just didn’t want to do my daughter hair because my daughter wasn’t screaming or kicking at the top of her lungs. My daughter whines but does not cry and scream, she’s 6. This would have been her first time doing my daughter hair BUT this is not my first time here at the shop. The other woman usually does my child hair with no issue but she wasn’t there because I was told by her that she’s on vacation and I can call or come back on July 5, 2022 which serves me no purpose when I’m trying to get my daughter hair done before the holiday! I made this review because it was inconvenient for me because I had to wait 2-3 hours to TRY to get my daughter hair done and left with nothing done! I will have to come back ONLY when the other...

I brought my three year old daughter here to get her hair braided for the first time a few months ago. At first, I was hesitant because she was so young. Sienna and the other staff were so kind and personable. I really appreciate how the salon environment is kid friendly and they treat every little girl like she’s special. My daughter fell asleep during the braiding so i knew her braids weren’t too tight. My daughters hair was beautiful and it lasted a long time. I have since brought my daughter back several times and have gotten my hair done as well. My daughter loves this place and looks forward to getting her hair done! We will be long time...

I thought this would be a good salon for my kid because they had good reviews online. The website says $30 ages 2 and up/at least affordable pricing. When I went today there were no customers in there and the stylists were sitting on a couch in their bare feet. I asked how much to wash my kid’s hair and braid a simple style with her natural hair, no weave. First they said $115 then told me they’d give me a discount of $100. Wow 15.00 off!
