Bangkok Cuisine — Restaurant in Roseville

It was COLD inside Perhaps the above may have been my initial take on the Pad Thai dish, and it could have been cold inside, must've been very cold out and heat didn't hit me as expected when I went inside, Idk. I/we have yet to dine in. I've been to the Bangkok Cuisine in Eastpointe, a few times since. Most recent February 2023. Honestly, with me portions are always not enough, especially if I'm hungry hungry!. I went to another Thai food place nr 12 mile, someone told me it was good. Welp, the flavor was No Way near what I like about Bangkok Cuisines in Eastpointe Pad Thai dish. With that being said, Bangkok, in Eastpointe will be my/our Pad Thai go to place, when I/we get a taste for that dish, even if the portion expectation is not met. Hands Down on Flavor alone!..... Read someone's review that the Pad Thai dish here was something of a mess🤔, Now That I've/we've NEVER experienced. I've/we've only gotten carry out and the only thing I've felt is perhaps the portions aren't always the same, lunch or dinner, gotten both. I suggest you try the lunch dish of your choice before counting this place as a loss cause. As I stated I did try another place, even if portion was met, the flavor wasn't. We'll Be Back Bangkok. Growing up over 15 year ago, I was introduced to this location, and it is forever a favorite. I still continue to come out the 20+ miles because even the other branded locations that are closer just don’t put the same love into the food. Varying wait staff over the years that have been good - the best, but the food never changes, it always hits the spot. Hats off to the cooks!! Lunch times get busy, so I totally understand the hold times at this location because, well, when you’re taking in that many orders and sending them out- it takes time and care to make sure everything is as it should be! Wishing the dining room was always open, but a call ahead of time to check is something I can manage for this place. They’ve served me well over the years, and it was just as tasty eating it carry out as it is in the restaurant, which is not something I can say for many restaurants I’ve been to. Thank you for providing consistent flavors in dishes through all of the years you’ve been open. So much nostalgia of times spent here with family that have passed on, the ultimate comfort. I usually enjoy Bankok and frequent the one on Garfield. Last time i was in roseville, i ordered drunken noodles and they were a bit spicier than usual. The waitress then informed me it depends on who's cooking if they have a "heavier" hand. It was still edible but this time, I ordered drunken noodles and i specified MILD because the medium was a bit hot last time. Well, she brings my hubbys plate "medium plus" and mine "mild" MY DISH was TWICE as hot as his. It burned my mouth and then i couldnt taste anything. I've never been as disappointed. I asked to speak with the manager and the waitress leaves then comes back and says that he doesnt want to see me. I couldnt believe they wouldnt try to help me with this. I order this dish all of the time and in fact at the Garfield restaurant I order it with medium spice. The chef at the roseville location is very HEAVY handed with the spices so If you like it so hot that it burns your tastebuds off and you can no longer enjoy a meal then this is the restaurant for you! I will NEVER eat here again. Poor customer relations, very rude...
