J&W Ice Cream and Grill is hands down one of the best local spots I’ve been to in a long time. From the moment I arrived, the vibe was friendly and inviting—like a place that genuinely cares about its food and its customers.

I ordered the cheesy fries with chicken, and wow—just wow. The fries were perfectly crisp on the outside, soft on the inside, and smothered in rich, melty cheese. The chicken was seasoned just right—tender, flavorful, and generously portioned. Every bite was comforting and satisfying, like the ultimate comfort food done right.

And then came the Oreo milkshake—creamy, thick, and packed with cookie chunks. It tasted like a true dessert indulgence, not something out of a machine. It was the perfect balance of sweet and smooth, with that classic Oreo flavor shining through in every sip. Honestly, it could stand alone as a reason to visit.

The service was just as impressive. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything came out fresh and fast. The restaurant itself was clean and well-kept, with a laid-back atmosphere that made it easy to relax and enjoy the meal.

I tried here for the first time today and I was blow away by how awesome the food and ice cream was. The gal behind the counter was very friendly to me and the staff was practicing proper Covid protocol. The burger I had was juicy and had “the good pickles” on them. The chicken sandwich was grilled with plenty of flavor.I haven’t been able to find any decent soft serve in the winter but J & W serves so many flavors and my sundae was delicious! It’s all at a decent price and Better quality than a Burger King or McDonalds that’s just up the road. This was my first time but it won’t be my last. First time trying this place. Didn’t know they were only 2 miles Away from my home so very close. My husband got the deep fried nutter butter delight and he said it was absolutely amazing. I got the banana split as well as my daughter very delicious. Our girlfriend got a shake that she said is delicious as well. I have a nut allergy and the lady who took our order Immediately went to the back to tell the crew that the order had a nut allergy. Definitely better than Dairy Queen. Very clean place. Very friendly staff. When I said it was our first time here the lady said welcome and asked if we had any questions. Definitely recommend this place....
