Stopped in here as I was having my car worked on at Midas thar is laterally next door to Tim's. Went and walked up to the counter. Several employees walked by and never even acknowledged my presence or ask what if anything I might one. It wasn't until the drive-thru window cashier/manager asked for another employee to greet me. Unfortunately, I didn't catch their names. Anyway, the employee who was making sandwiches was the one who took my order and rung me up. She told me the total and walked away. I put my debit card in their cc machine and waited for the register to do its thing. I waited a few moments and even tried to get someone's attention to no avail. I finally walked out with the coffee and checked with my bank to see if the charge had gone through. Nope! I even went back in and still was never acknowledged. I finally went back over to Midas as my car was pulled in to be inspected.
The place was a humming with drive-thru patrons and it was crazy to say the least.

Read moreEvery time we go to this Tim Horton’s something is messed up. I ordered 2 chocolate dipped donuts a coffee and timbits. They never greet appropriately at the speaker in the drive through, I can not understand anything they say back due to who ever on the head set is talking so fast it comes out as gibberish. They don’t say thank you pull around, it’s always “pull up” so we pull up to the window to pay, hand her the money and I turned to talk to my passenger for a couple seconds (even if I wasn’t paying attention for an hour) turn back and she’s just standing there with a look. Why wouldn’t she say excuse me, here is your change or anything ? She gives us our drinks and guess what she didn’t get the timbits because instead of letting me complete my order she says something in maximum warp seed and then dead air. Good thing that I caught the last word “up” and pulled up. She says oh I didn’t get u for the timbits....
Read moreI stop at this Tim hortons every night as I work midnights and also stop in the mornings on the weekends I’ve never had an issue with anyone that works here everyone is always polite friendly and seems to love their job except 1 lady the African American lady in the morning is extremely rude and if you ask for something that isn’t what they serve or have a special request or trying to find something out about an item she has a very smart a** response and just a very negative attitude!! I had to drive and I refuse to order in the morning anymore I will go to a different store nobody should be treated the way she talks to people. If this were one occasion I would have blew it off because everyone has bad days but it’s literally...
