Taco Bell — Restaurant in Roseville

The manager is terrible. Rude and not professional whatsoever. How she talks to the nice employees was disgusting too. The entire time I waited for an order it was uncomfortable as she spewed negative talking the entire time about not giving free food and messed up orders. She even said word for word to one employee “ if you don’t want to listen to a direct order from your manager”. Who talks like that to grown people?! After waiting in the lobby she kept demanding the other employees to kick us all out. I had 2 DoorDash orders. 1 was complete and in hand, waiting on the second for a while she finally says it’s already been picked up. The customer actually never received the order so i proceeded to call doordash support to fix the matter. While I had DoorDash on speaker the manager didn’t even try to resolve the issue and shook her head no saying they weren’t remaking it. I stated if the customer didn’t receive their food that DoorDash would have to send them a ticket to remake. Instead she proceeded to kick me out stating I had to then go wait in the long drive thru lane. I was basically forced to cancel the 2nd order so the 1st order didn’t get cold. I would like to state I have 1,095 completed DoorDash orders with a almost perfect score and NEVER have I had a store/manager treat the situation and me like she did. You can look at the reviews for this location and tell somethings not right going on here. Like I said I feel bad though because the other 2 employees were really nice. Also she stated it was a liability to have us in the lobby and that she would get it trouble but as I drove off I seen another female was now newly in the lobby picking up an order. I never tried to rush them on the orders or anything. Just stood there quietly and patiently waiting just like the others in the lobby. This lady was having issues before any of us even walked in. Came here to get dinner. Worst service we've ever recieved. Its not really ever good but its the nearest taco bell so we keep coming despite the service. We got our meal and asked to add 1 dollar item at the window and were told no. So we pull away and check our bag. 2 of our soft tacos were hard and made wrong and the naked chalupa still had sauce which my boyfriend is highly allergic to. So we pull back around to the speaker to explain that it was wrong and are told to pull forward before getting the explaination out of our mouth. I get to the window and the lady couldnt even reach out to grab my messed up meal and i had to try extra hard to get my order to her. They shut the window in my face with no apology or anything and come back and i say "well i wanted to add a mini quesadilla" and im told i should have done it at the speaker. The same speaker i was told to drive away from before getting to finish. I was straight told i couldnt order anything else when i was the ONLY CAR IN THE DRIVE THROUGH. Im highly irritated and on top of everything the eyed us down through the front of the store as we drove away like it was a problem we were checking our food.

I would give no stars but i clearly cant. I have worked in restaurants for 11 years, 5 of that managing them. The service is always unacceptable and staff is very rude. The same miserable woman at the window every night. I dont even want to come back to this location and would rather drive to a store thatll actually try. Had the worst experience at this drive thru tonight. Me and my mom went there around 7:40 and there wasn’t any line other then one person ordering when we got up to order we were put on hold then when we got to order the guy was rushing and talking over my mom he then went and got a female employee she came to the speaker and was very rude and she was trying to rush us also she said that our food was in the bag and to pull up to the window. We weren’t even done ordering yet and my mom was trying to continue ordering and the lady was talking over her and and saying that they had a line there was only two cars behind us it got to the point where i had to say something to. Eventually we got up to the window and my mom was talking to me and the lady came over and my mom handed her the card and said calmly that we will never be returning to this place and the lady said do you still want your food and my mom was like yeah i have kids to feed and the lady walked away and my mom was talking to me and she came back and was like what did you say and she was like theres no reason to be rude to all if us she ended up just handing my mom the card back and said we could leave and my mom was like no i have kids to feed and the lady again said you can leave i again said over my mom can we pls just get our food and again the lady there was rude and ignored me and closed the window. They were just overall rude and they didn’t pay any attention to what you were ordering I definitely do not recommend coming...
