This store i will never come back to my friend and i walked in and we never was not greeted and so we are looking for some uniforms and this other customer walked and they greeted her those two ladies are really rude they attitudes are really nasty they never once asked did we need help i haven't been in that store for four years bcs they was the same way then i thought there there attitudes would and there rudeness would have changed but i guess not so i will never go back to that store ever again i went there sunday bcs scrub depot was closed.Scrub Depot is a good store to shop at they might not have a big selection like them but at least the workers greet there customers and make them feel welcome and that's why scrub depot is a wonderful store to shop at and those two ladies need a...

This store is by NO means an "Outlet"!! If you are not a size XS, S, M, L or XL you will NOT be pleased!!! NO selection whatsoever in Plus sizes! It was ridiculous! Only a hand full of print scrubs & those few only in XS, S, M & the two or three 2X sizes they did have were ugly as all get out. Extremely disappointing especially since they changed their name to "Scrub Outlet". FYI...an "Outlet" HAS TONS of variety & sizes for ALL size women!! I use to shop there for years & I thought it was an "ok" scrub store with a decent variety but now... Never again!! And trust & believe I am NOT the only Plus size person that feels the same. Even a stranger agreed with me today while expressing my disappointment & irritation...

I f I could give this place negative stars I would. I have had my order in for over a month... still don’t have it. No one has even attempted to explain to me why the embroidery has taken so long nor could they even give me an estimated time for my tops to come in. The employees there are rude and act if I am bothering them when I have questions regarding my order that they should have provided me to begin with. My hospital has a contact with them so I have no choice but customer satisfaction is horrible. So just be prepared for a long wait and no legitimate explanation to why something you were originally told would be done in two weeks has turned into over a month. Get it...
