First off everyone here should not listen to the reviews posted with negative comments. I called the store looking for a specific item and Michael was more than helpful. He went to check the stock and then texted me my options while I was still stuck at work for the day. I went into the store and was immediately greeted by 2 kind associates who brought me the items in question until Michael was free. They were more than helpful and gave me a couple different options. Not once did I feel like they were pushing more products onto me than I wanted. Very satisfied with this experience and will be returning to buy again. I have purchased Burberry products in the past from Nordstrom but after this experience I’ll never shop there again....

You’d think at a high end store, employees would greet you, help you pick out items. I was the only customer in the store and seemed like 3 maybe 4 employees were there in the store.
I wasn’t acknowledged until I went up with the belt I wanted to get my wife to purchase. Then all the sudden I was told to hang on so they can then go over and get the matching purse (did not purchase the purse).
My wife went in today to exchange it but didn’t have the tag on it (I get it, it’s their policy) and was going to get a different belt and a purse. Well their loss.
