My husband and I came in today to exchange a Tungsten ring we ordered at Kay.com Our receipt that came with the package said we can only do an exchange in store, so we headed to Ross township mall. We just needed a smaller size, because his was a bit big that we ordered. The woman that helped us was extremely rude, and basically told us no can do. She kept slamming our box the ring came in down on the counter while repeatedly saying âyeah I donât think we can do thatâ. She was very dismissive, unkind, and just was very obviously not willing to help us out. She went over to her manager for 30 seconds and came back and said the same thing. How hard is it to take our ring, help us figure out his size, and have a new one shipped to us? This is not a custom ring, a tungsten is a ready to ship. It was incredibly frustrating giving our business to a place that treats us poorly for whatever reasonâI truly wonder if I were a 60 year old woman would she talk to us with the same unwilling tone?    Read moreThe customer service was very poor. I had to ask a woman to help me and she didn't look up while saying "one minute I need to finish" what she was doing on her iPad. She did take out a few pieces for me to see (hence the two stars), but she was talking with her coworker about food while she was helping me and she would interrupt me mid-question to speak with her coworker. She left me a few times to get her credit card and then get a different credit card and tell her coworker what she wanted from the food court, "something I can shove down my face!" She justified this by saying that she works 87 hour weeks. She also left me with the case open and said, "watch this for 10 seconds", which shocked me as it would have allowed me to shoplift thousands of dollars of merchandise very easily.    Read moreSo I originally did this review whenever I got my ring, and the people that I bought my ring off was so amazing sweet people very helpful, which were Ted and Andrea!! But the past four weeks have been horrible for me. My ring was resized and it was late and it took them two days to figure out where it was and what was going on and when I called about it, they kept repeating about my mother-in-lawâs ring, who also got her ring sent out at the same time I did, and I kept telling them that wasnât my ring and they wouldnât listen to me multiple times and then the assistant store manager Jen was so rude to me this whole entire time and I finally got my ring and not even a day of having it. My opal fell off of it and so my husband just dropped it off.
