This location is very racist! I worked her for a day and was treated very poorly. The management is even worse! I worked the morning shift going into the night shift. The morning shift was very sweet and helpful to me. When the shift change the workers who came in were very rude and unprofessional. Logan is the worker who made very racist jokes about Asian people. He said “ you can tell when the Chinese food is good when you see a ten year old sitting at a table with a laptop and a calculus textbook next to him and he rings you up for your food” then proceeded to play a Chinese song every time he made a joke his brother which is the shift supervisor at night laughed as well. Made me feel very uncomfortable i couldn’t speak up to him because he was in charge for the night. Another worker name Asher was very rude to me. I asked him where can i place the chicken bin he said “ place it on the left side above the fryer station” i went to place it there and he said “ no your other left” i placed it on the right then he proceeded to speak to me with a very rude remark saying “ do you know your left from your right?” I said yes i do. I told him you can either point it in the place you would like for me to place it or grab the bin and place it where you see fit. He went on to say “ you shouldn’t be working here if you don’t know what your doing” i told him it’s my first day here you can’t show me some grace and kindness. I reported to the H.R woman Gail she told me to meet with the team at a Panera bread in north hills to tell them what happened. I came 6 minutes late because of traffic. I came in the room where Gail, the back of house manger and the store operator was at and spoke with them about the situation. Not once did they apologize for my experience but told me they are going to investigate the issue. Then the store operator told me next time i come to an important meeting like this to be on time. I told him there was traffic on my way here and told Gail i would be a few minutes late he over talked me and got very disrespectful about me being late. I proceeded to walk out. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!! DONT EVEN APPLY TO WORK HERE! They don’t care about their employees at all! Out of my 10 years in food service i have never witness this type of behavior EVER! He rather speak about me being late to this meeting then about the principal of the matter of this meeting not once did he apologize. They treat people of color with no respect nor with integrity. They said there will be an investigation but i highly doubt that. I can’t even find a H.R that’s above Gail to report this incident that happened. Well i pray they shut this establishment down nobody should support them EVER! Their leaders and management don’t follow their core values. I’m a Christian woman and this behavior is not Christ...
Read moreAlways a pleasure! Food's delicious, they know how to get through a drive through line like no one's business, their sweet tea makes me not miss the south as much, and they are one of the few fast food joints in the area that actually still has a playplace. It's tiny and the noise level when enclosed can cause insta-migraines, but you can also sit right outside the play space which is all basically a glass window and watch your kids so you aren't stuck in the loud house. Only issue (with this location only) is I've gotten quite a few orders wrong. And I always order ahead on the app, so they can literally read my order exactly as I put it in, which makes it that much more frustrating when it's wrong. So far they've given me a "spicy chicken deluxe with pepper jack cheese" and and yet somehow missed the pepper jac k even though it's in the title? They've given me unsweetened tea 😝, my daughter white milk instead of chocolate, fries instead of fruit cup, not put a toy or prize thing in her meal at all, not added bacon that I was charged for to a sandwich, etc. However, the two times I've actually bothered to bring it to their attention they've made it right and gone above and beyond to fix the issue without making me feel like a jerk for having to ask them to fix something. They also are often out of the 3 & under books for kids meals, which even though my daughter is 4 a lot of their stuff for 4 and up goes over her head, so I like to get those a lot but...
Read moreNot typically one to complain. Never have I had so many problems with one location. The first time we were missing parts of meals. When I called, they wanted me to drive all the way back to the McKnight location from my home. (You have to be kidding) the time after that I was given things that belonged to someone else’s meal. Last night however, was the icing on a burnt cake. Almost everything was correct. Almost. Except my chocolate shake. At the end of a very long work week it’s what I was looking forward to ( sad, I know. It’s the little things.) Through the lid I could tell it wasn’t chocolate. I opened it up and sure enough, it was cookies n’ cream. My husband took it over and the kid at the door took it and a few seconds later handed him another. He brings it to me and I opened it. Hey look, Strawberry! I laughed. My husband grabs it and walks it back over. At this point I pulled up to where they have their sign for delivery. I could see the kid inside throwing his hands up in the air in some poorly dramatized manner. The manager had the audacity to ask my husband what his problem was. Clearly the problem wasn’t with my husband. It was with the staff that cannot read. The staff that can’t just kindly correct their mistake and move on. We weren’t even mad. Managers are supposed to lead, not add to...
