I, and my whole family, love this mall. Unfortunately, my most recent trip has changed my desire to ever go back. I was acosted by mall security, being 'flagged' by their canine unit as being in possession of a firearm or explosive device. Mind you, I had passed by this dog and his handlers no less than 3 times in my 4 hours in the mall previous to this incident. After spending hundreds of dollarsin various stores, my wife and I sat down for a bite in the food court(just walked by the dog to do this). We had a nice little lunch and headed down the escalator show she could hit up another store while I went to have a seat to wait for her. No sooner did we split, and I was approached aggressively from the side and back by two security and this so called explosives sniffing dog. This is in the middle of dozens if not one hundred other shoppers. Did I have a gun? Nope. How about this mythical explosive device I was accused of carrying? Nah, didn't have one of them either. I haven't touched a fire arm in more than 3 years due to health issues. Screw this mall, screw its management, and screw this so called bomb dog that can't tell the difference between a wallet, keys and phone and an ever loving...

Few times I have shopped at Ross Park Mall, always busy with a lot shoppers around. Not much empty stores. One of my favorite malls in PA, smaller than King of Prussia mall. Overall, very nice upscale mall in nice area, very busy on McKnight road.

Inside of Ross Park Mall - there are variety of restaurants and coffee shops in food court on 2nd level. Just use stairs or escalators to get to 2nd level. If you love coffee ☕️go to Starbucks - it’s on first level besides kids play area. Just an easy, quick few minute walk from Starbucks inside of mall to outside to Cheesecake Factory, 🍝🍰very convenient and next to the mall. Easy and free ample parking. Security and law enforcement waking around, I felt safe shopping there. Very nice variety of stores go to and browse around. There were few luxury stores - Gucci, Louis Vuitton, few others… too expensive for me to buy anything in those luxury stores I mention.

Bathroom was not too big, very small on first floor by JcPenney’s and on the 2nd floor upstairs.

Got some jibbitz charms for my crocs shoes....
