Jos A. Bank — Local services in Ross Township

Went in to buy suits for my wedding with my fiancee and two groomsmen. Sales clerks said they were new but did nothing to help us with our shopping experience other than occasionally commenting on if a particular suit fit. They did not offer to measure us, leaving us to kind of fumble around guessing if a suit jacket fit us well or not. We started to order something (because of course they didn't have any of our actual sizes in stock at the store) only to find out during the point of sale that they did not have pants in our sizes and it took them 10-15 minutes to figure out what to recommend to us - while they were trying to ring us up. That should have occured during the sales process not while we're standing at the cash register. One of the sales clerks was struggling with using the computer POS system and I had to actually step behind the counter and type my own information in otherwise it would have taken much longer to do. The clerk was new and obviously not comfortable with the system and while the manager did finish ringing me up, she should have finished the other orders or at least helped the struggling clerk.

We left profoundly disappointed and underwhelmed. If we had found a suit we liked at another store in the Mall we would gone elsewhere. As it is, we're unlikely to return to this store for...

The Ross park mall location, has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. My family and I have shopped with this company for years. I went there with my son and sister to look for some pants for homecoming. S soon as we walked in the store, the two men and a lady just looked at us and then continued to be on their phones. I finally had to ask one of them if they had burgundy pants. The lady immediately said no and we said ok and as we were leaving the one guy finally got out of his seat and said what kind of burgundy. I expressed that they had poor customer service and no thank you. My son is 16 and really wanted to purchase from there because that’s where we normally shop. My husband needed a suit for his best friend’s wedding. As soon as we walked in, we were pleasantly greeted by Rich. He instantly said what sizes he thought my husband needed and when he measured, we was within an inch each time- though was spot on for most of the sizes!!! He was absolutely incredible to work with. He covered everything we needed from top to bottom!! My husband and I were both super impressed by his kindness, professionalism, and genuineness.
