My wife and I will be celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary and I wanted to get her something special for the occasion. Since she never had a bridal set, this is what I wanted to get her. Being at the mall there were plenty of jewelry stores to choose from but Rogers $ Hollands was the most appealing. My wife told them what she was looking for and all the staff members were so helpful in assisting her in making her selection. There was absolutely no pressure from anyone. With their help she was able to create her own bridal set; however, it had to be re-sized. Since we purchased her ring on Sunday, we were expecting that it would take a week or two before it could be re-sized to fit. We were totally surprised when we were told that we could pick it up the next day. We were very fortunate because they have a person who works onsite on Monday and does jewelry repair. It was ready as promised, even during the busy holiday shopping season. My wife tried it on and it was a perfect fit. She had never seen anything so beautiful. She wore the ring for almost a week and received nothing but compliments. At the time of our purchase we decided to only buy one additional band, but it only took a short time for us to go back and complete the set by buying another band to complete the set. Because of the additional band it had to be re-sized. Again, a day or so later, it was ready for pickup. My wife's ring is complete and she is extremely happy. We want to thank all the staff at Rogers & Hollands for their professionalism and expertise, not to mention their high quality jewelry and fair pricing. In fact, it didn't just end there. Read moreI went to the Southlake Mall Rogers & Hollands to rebuy my husband wedding ring after he lost his previous one for his birthday. Diane was EXCELLENT in helping me. We pick all black (even though I wanted a different one, LOL). I informed Diane that I wasn’t sure of his size but she assured me with the warranty I can bring the ring back and get the size I needed when I surprised him. So one week later we went back to get the correct size. We were met by Chris/Christine (if this is her name because she refused to tell me). We asked to get the ring sized and she immediately condescendingly stated “YOU CANT GET THIS RING SIZED, ITS A TUNGSTEN”. I informed her that I knew what type of ring it was but Diane informed me that with my warranty I could get it sized. The next comment was we are short 6 people. Then she stated that my husband didn’t need a new size of the ring. I stated okay because she just didn’t seem to want to help. I left the store upset and confused as to why we were treated that way. I went back to ask her her name and she ignored me and walked right passed me like I was NOTHING. I then saw Diane come in and I thanked her for all of her kindness and professionalism. She apologized for her co-worker. I asked Diane for the lady name and another lady in there stated Chris. I was in tears due to how I was treated. Read moreThis jewelery store is a joke. I purchased an engagement ring back in March and was told it would be in approximately 2-3 weeks. Well 2-3 weeks goes by and nothing. Another two weeks goes by and nothing. Finally got the ring almost the first of may. Well things didn't work out between my girlfriend and I so I wanted to return or sell the ring back. Come to find out they have a 30 day policy on returns. Well it was 60 days. Ring had never been out of the box or handled and they still wouldn't take it back or anything. All that could be done was a credit towards a double the price piece of jewelry which is a crock of s*. 30 days huh? If 30 days is all they offer then they must not have too much faith in what they sell. It's bad enough I'm going through a tough time with my situation but thank you Rogers and Holland's for rubbing salt in my wounds and not even doing anything to help. All I wanted to do was pay off what I owed on it and move on with my life. I will NEVER be back to buy another piece of jewelry from you people again. Lesson learned.
