Sleep Number — Hotel in Ross Township

It was a pleasant visit, they didn't have a momory foam option due to restricted place, however they are moving soon to a location where there be more space and all available options be on the floor. Since the space is limited, had to wait a bit for each bed to be open to try on, one of the bed was right across from the cash register which was akword due to people standing right there and you're trying a bed with your shoes off and no privacy at all, not a big deal, lady that was a sales person was very helpful and she did her job fairly well. At the end all the beds were by far way softer than I was looking for, meaning I do want to sleep on top of the bed vs sink in it, but for softer bed sleepers it might be a right choice. I had a great experience at the store & love sleeping on the mattress BUT I would never buy another one!!! The warranty & the repair dept is the worst ever. After a little over 2 years my bed started loosing air. They wanted $190 to diagnose the problem. A very nice lady helped me diagnose the problem myself which was difficult since I am in my 70s. I had to pay over $300 to have it fixed. The repairman that was here said the foam was bad probably from sitting on the side of the bed.Everyone sits on the side of the bed sometimes. But he didn’t have any on his truck so another $190 just for the repair plus part of the cost of the product.i don’t even pay that much to my plumber for a call. They told me I had a 5 year warranty which is a joke. I do not recommend sleep number mattresses for this reason. Nothing this expensive should ever go bad...

What a great experience we had at Sleep Number in Merrillville, Indiana! We had the best sales person, Chandler! Joyce and Kym were also amazing! They were super thorough and extremely knowledgeable and patient! Buying a Sleep Number mattress is a big investment, and we did not feel any pressure, only positive support!
