Nice people - but get your iPhone screen fixed by Apple.

In mid 2023, I brought my iphone X here to have the screen and digitizer replaced. The color was really "cool" (more blue) afterwards, but they said it was normal. After a few weeks, the phone started getting super hot and overheating, so I decided to just buy an iPhone 13 elsewhere and keep the X as my backup.

Fast forward to a year later (today), my wife's old phone broke so she started using this one. Still overheated a lot and then today, totally stopped working. The screen started showing a lot of discoloration, and still sort of works after we let it rest for 5 hours - but is clearly a defective product.

The company only warranties their work for 30 days.

Waste of $129, should've just sold the phone or had...

This Cellairis location is terrible. I had an ipad screen repaired brought the ipad home and there was a huge black line. I went back and told the location about the issue. I was told that the ipad was dropped and they would not honor the warranty. They never opened it up and there was no damage to the outside of the ipad whatsoever. When I said that is not correct the ipad was never dropped and I wanted to have them work on it under warranty I was chewed out. I called the corporate office and they actually covered it under warranty and said they were going to reprimand...
