Amazing work! A couple years ago Krist helped me through the complicated process of finding a diamond and designing an engagement ring for my wife. I have know idea what classification a good diamond is, and Krist was very trustworthy and honest about what diamond was worth the money. I felt like he genuinely cared about finding the right diamond for me. At the moment he didn't have the right diamond, we spent a little time searching for the perfect stone, and not just settling on something he had in the store.

I told him I wanted to make a custom ring for my fiance, I had a few ideas but wasn't totally sure of the final design. He had an incredible suggestion to just pick out a great single diamond and propose to her with that. He put the diamond in a simple single band, that she would wear until the time came to make the final ring. What a great idea! After the engagement we began to design the ring together so she could really get what she wanted and be apart of the fun process.

The ring came out beautiful and it was a great story for us to have the rest of our lives. His ability to make our one of a kind ring, is something we will always be...

So incredibly kind, helpful, and professional...I mean genuinely so kind!! These are just a few positive words to explain how Heidi and Krist at JWO Jewelers are and treat you!! They treat you like you are family and this was just my first time here!! After going to another jewelers, who took apart and wasn't able to fix my new watch's band, I had googled 'places around roswell where to get watches fixed' and JWO came up. I gave them a call and asked if they fix expandable watch bands and the sweet voice on the other end said yes, come on over. It was an hour before they were to close and I headed over. When I walked in, they were so friendly! Krist took an hour to help fix the watch band and was able to fix it and put it together perfectly!!! It doesn't even look like work was done on it...he did such a fantastic job...he is so talented!! And the price I was charged was less than expected and far, far beyond fair!! I highly recommend this family business!! :)

This past June, my husband and I celebrated 40 years of marriage. When he proposed, he sold his prized possession - his 1977 Firebird with T-tops, to buy me a diamond. Seven years later, he gave me the ring jacket with 7 diamonds on each side for our anniversary. (first photo)

The diamond never lost its brilliance, but the ring design was dated, heavy, sharp and uncomfortable and I've wanted to change it up for a long time. After looking for a jeweler who would work with me to create a unique ring using the stones in my existing set, I chose JWO Jewelers in Roswell. Today, I got my new ring. Reset from yellow gold to white gold, the diamonds shine with a brilliance I didn't know they could have. Many thanks to Heidi and Krist who worked together to bring this plan to fruition. I could not be happier....
