I came for the quesabirria (something new to try), and I conquered it. The shells were nice and crispy ... and the birria was tender. It was good but a little bland, I think. It doesn't come with anything, but with chips and salsa on the table, it was pretty filling. Another notable thing they carry -- beef cheeks. I need to make a trip back to try the tortas. That's next on my list.

The service was welcoming and friendly, but they still have some kinks to work out like making sure napkins and silverware are on the table, etc. Nothing that detracts, really.

I was really expecting this to be another fast casual spot but turns out, it's full service. There's enough interior seating that it won't feel too packed during normal operation. Might get tight if this place gets...

Went here for a weekday lunch during the workday. Decent place for lunch. Queso was good, but thin. Chips and salsa were good - had nice spice. Fajitas were good - would order again, though the beans had an off-putting flavor in my opinion. Birria tacos were decent - beef was very tender, though the tortillas weren't fried crispy. The waiter said they got complaints about them being too crispy, so I think they just overcorrected a bit. Sounds like they expect their liquor license in a couple weeks.
