Came here for the lunch buffet and it was reasonably priced for the amount of food and the quality of food. Everything was made fresh and with high quality ingredients. The service was great and the owner(?) and son(?) took the time to welcome you, explain the menu, and talk about the ingredients. They use high quality olive oil and the son(?) share some Arabic coffee with us afterwards that was very fragrant/floral with a strong cardamon taste that he brought into the states himself.
The homemade lemon mint drink was delicious and very refreshing and I highly recommend it!
They were out of the Dubai chocolate dessert, so we got the kunafa and it was good. More cheese flavor than I expected with a hint of a sticky sweetness. It wasn’t topped with pistachios but it was still good. Too much for one person and I’d recommend sharing it between maybe 3-4 people.
The chicken schnitzel was the most delicious meat and I’m not even a huge chicken fan, but I could eat that all day! The breading was fine, seasoned well, and salty. The chicken was shockingly juicy for how thin it was. 10/10
Kufta chicken kabob had good flavor but was a little dry. All other meats were good and the lamb was not too gamey but that schnitzel was the best.
All of the sauces were good and the garlic sauce was very lemony (similar to the Noom sauce you can buy in stores but that is more garlicky).
They provided plenty of fresh, warm, soft, and delicious pita.
The falafel was some of the lightest and best falafel I’ve ever had. Very delicious.
The vibes inside were bright and clean. I enjoyed all of the plant aesthetics but wish more were real. There is a really cute outside patio area that makes you feel like you aren’t near the road.
The service was very attentive and done with care and professionalism. The meats were all brought out rather quickly which was overwhelming and I felt like it could have been spaced out in a more relaxing/chill way.
Overall, amazing food, service, and price and I’d recommend everyone to go support this...

If I could give zero stars, I would. My family and I had an absolutely terrible experience at Mashawi Mediterranean, and I would strongly advise anyone—especially those observing Ramadan—to stay far away from this restaurant.
We made a reservation for four people well in advance for 7:30 PM because we needed to break our fast at 7:49 PM. Since my sister and father have health conditions that require them to dine indoors, I specifically confirmed with the restaurant while booking that we would have an indoor table. They assured me twice that this would not be an issue.
However, when we arrived before 7:30 PM, they claimed our reservation was only for two people—even though I had email and text confirmation proving otherwise. Instead of fixing their mistake, the staff became rude, aggravated, and completely unprofessional. After arguing back and forth, they reluctantly agreed to “accommodate” us—only to try seating us outside, despite our prior discussions about my family’s medical conditions.
At this point, management got involved, but rather than resolving the issue, they wasted more of our time. It was almost time for iftar, and they still refused to provide a proper table. Three minutes before iftar, they finally told us they wouldn’t be able to accommodate us at all.
So there we were—hungry, exhausted, and completely let down—unable to break our fast because of their sheer incompetence and lack of human decency.
This was, without a doubt, one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. They completely lied about the reservation, disregarded our needs, and treated us terribly during a sacred time.
If you are Muslim, fasting, or simply looking for a decent place that respects its customers, DO NOT come here. Their management is an absolute disgrace, and their customer service is inhumane.
Save yourself the stress and disappointment—go somewhere that actually values...
