I drove from Augusta to Sound Image to experience HiFi Audio for the first time. I am an aspiring audiophile who was in search of audio bliss that one reads about or learns by online videos.

My search finally came to an end at Sound Image in Roswell, Georgia. After giving me a tour of their intimate and beautiful store, Lawson and his son, Declan proceeded to take me on an immersive and exciting journey leading me to a musical paradise where electronics and HiFi equipment simply disappear; leaving only the music and listener alone to enjoy one another as “One Being”.

Lawson and Declan gave me hours of their time showing me incredible products and new innovations that I have never seen before. The service is bespoke and the two can meet any listener exactly where they’re at.

My experience with Sound Image has been terrific. The price wasnt just reasonable, it was bargain level for a demo product (a REL 212/SE sub) that was indistinguishable from a brand new one. I contacted Lawson by phone, bought the sub only a few hours later. He was very nice, answered all my questions, helped with any concerns I had at the time. The office was very nice, many great toys I'd love to buy in the future: Dynaudio, REL, Linn, etc. He was very helpful, packed the sub, rolled it out to my car. This is my first purchase from a dealer. I usually buy used equipment off of Ebay, Audiogon, Craigslist for budgetary reasons. I've always thought dealers are simply too expensive. Imagine my surprise when I got a deal that was simply a steal even for a private purchase! I will visit and buy from Lawson again very soon. Highly, very highly...

Fantastic service and professionalism, I have been here a total of three times now (just recently picked up a Cambridge Audio Streamer) and every time no matter how much I am willing to spend (and if I could I would spend a lot more) I feel like my business is much appreciated. In this day and age of internet and big box store sales, it is nice to have a shop where advice and direction are a part of the business. Beautiful brands and equipment in full showcase for comparative A/B listening. Which is so hard to find. And multiple setup rooms for you to listen in, not an open warehouse. Owner and staff are more than willing to go the extra mile to make you happy, trust me I am not easy to deal with.
