I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service and quality of repair that I received today on my Lenovo Thinkpad. I was charged $160 to fix my keyboard and it turned out that they used aftermarket parts (which they never notified me of) that were defective. Not only were the key caps breaking off, but the lights behind the keyboard shined through when they shouldn't.

I was told by his employee that I needed to specify whether I wanted OEM parts or not when I was purchasing and offered to charge me $50 extra to buy authentic parts. It is a disgrace that they are trying to upsell me and charge me $210 for a one hour keyboard repair that turned out to be defective.

I never write reviews, but this experience was so shocking that I decided to. They offered to replace my keyboard by reordering another after market keyboard and offered to re-install my original keyboard that they have broken back into my computer. I brought my wife's remote control to her lazyboy recliner in. I was greeted by Nasim and Sahim who are very friendly. They were not sure about working on the remote.
