As if the sweet gear in this place wasn't reason enough to shop here, the people who work here are genuinely kind and dedicated! Adison G. was SO helpful to me! My students had all chipped in to get me a super cool Texas Longhorns sweatshirt. Sadly, this chubby teacher was a little too round to fit into the one they bought for me. So, I went in to exchange it. When I couldn't find the right size I told Adison, and she asked if I wanted a different one. I explained to her that I had to have the exact sweatshirt my students picked because they put a lot of love into the choosing of it. I told her I could squeeze into and make it work! Well y'all, that is when she made the magic happen! Instead of just ending our interaction, she searched the computer to see where I could find the right size. In doing so she realized there were some at the store - just not in the right place. Adison then proceeded to track down the sweatshirt of my dreams. I'm not sure how she did it, but she came back a few minutes later carrying the perfect size sweatshirt! She took the time to do this for me, and I am so appreciative! My experience was fine until I got up to the counter to pay. I had a coffee mug for my new apartment and it was the last one left. When checking out the cashier woman dropped it while in the bag. When asked if she broke it she replied “no I wrapped it up” but then looked in the bag and said “yes I broke it”. Then proceeded to ask me if I wanted it at a discounted price??? What was I going to pay money for this coffee mug if it was broken into pieces? She didn’t seem very apologetic about the situation. Also when trying to get shoes for my dad I asked for the other size 9 shoe, I already had one in my hand, when I asked the worker hardly looked and said he couldn’t find it. So you’re telling me you only have one right shoe and not the left? Just not a good...

The store is laid out nice , ,, my husband and I went to look at Tennis shoes , the gentleman in the shoe department with the mustache, was extremely snooty and was seemingly bothered that I asked for shoes to try on , and was stand offish and I wasn’t impressed, the prices are extremely to high ! I can get the same shoes elsewhere for a lot less ,, his demeanor and the way he made me feel like I couldn’t afford to buy them was ridiculous and is what made me change my mind . It’s a hard pass especially when your treated like this .. hard pass unless you like being treated like that and like to pay ungodly amounts of money for stuff you can get cheaper elsewhere with better service, by all means...
