Dilly Dally’s is a great place to get balloons for any occasion for whatever you need when it comes to your garden to birthday parties to anything you need (the staff there is amazing as well, very welcoming and helpful).The reason I give this establishment 2 stars is in light fo the recent pandemic. There is WAY too many people going inside the store for how the regulations say we should stay 6 feet apart and how small the store is. I feel they should put in a rule for the store on how many customers should be in there. I also think they should put in a mandatory mask wearing order for their store since I saw quite a few people in the store without one. This is not only to protect their customers, but to protect the staff that work for them as well. I have gone here about 5 times throughout the year. But the last 2 times have been TERRIBLE. I always want to support smaller companies. There is a blondish shorter girl working there that needs a complete attitude adjustment. She helped me both times and is just rude, short tempered and never apologetic. I brought balloons in to be filled with helium. She popped one of them and offered a .20 cent one in place of it. It was not even that, because I get it people make mistakes, but she then went over to two other employees and started talking about me!! I could hear it from 2 aisles over!!! I take the bus to work as I don't have my license so I carry a back pack with my laptop and such. I had walked in and made eye contact with two employees, and after I was already halfway through the store a third came up from behind me and said she needed me to put my bag up front.

I understand that thieves use back packs and it's normal to have this policy, I have no issues with that. Enforce the policy at the door or not at all.
