Just had the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE. Employees just stared at me when I entered the establishment. I waited to see if someone would greet me and no one did so I said “Hellooo.” Then the one guy mumbled hello back and asked me what did I want to order? I told him my order and then the other employee rung me up. I asked her to repeat my total because I couldn’t hear her and she caught an attitude and slightly yelled it. Once the guy finished my order he just sat the cup of ice cream on top of the counter. Didn’t say anything to me at all. So I ask “Can I have a bag?” So he rolls his eyes and starts talking in another language to the girl. He turned around and sat the bag on the counter not even handing it to me. Not reliable. This is the second time I ordered custom cakes from this store- the first time they never wrote the message on it and refused to do it at the time of pickup, and this time I ordered a custom print cake for a birthday for my husband and when I arrived to pick it up 2 hours before the party I was told that “the cake maker didn’t make it” and the candles I ordered “we don’t have”. If a custom order is made it should be honored. I was given a regular cake from the freezer. I will never use this store again- but no one else should rely on them for a special event either because who knows if the “cake maker” will do their...

Absolutely terrible customer service every single time my family goes into this location. Doesn’t matter if you’re getting coffee or ice cream. I don’t have a problem if workers don’t speak perfect English but when they can’t even comprehend what’s on their own menu it’s a little ridiculous. We just wanted a vanilla cone dipped in chocolate and the gentleman literally didn’t understand what that meant even though it’s on the menu.
