When I called this facility to check up on an animal out of sheer curiosity and love for the animal the answers that I should have heard over the phone should have been exactly this. I wish I could post this without any stars. The girls that work here are awful they are more than RUDE. My dads dog has been picked up multiple times which he has done everything he can think of to prevent this, he’s tried shock collars, he’s tried hobbling the dog he’s tried different things and his dog still gets out but every time he picks him up and his dog hasn’t even had to stay the night in there! This last time my dad tried hobbling the dog WHICH DOESNT HURT OR HARM THEM AT ALL it’s to try and keep him from jumping the fence! They refused to give my dads dog back they yelled at me over the phone twice they hung the phone up on me and used vulgar language. We got the police, dog catcher and mayor involved and they still refused to release my dads dog! They do not represent a business very well! I adopted a dog from one of their booths at an event. The dog was very sick and needed a lot of care. I called them because I was concerned. The woman who talked to me was very rude. She said it wasn’t their responsibility that I got an ill dog. Then claimed I didn’t adopt the dog from them, even though they collected a fee and had us sign humane society paperwork. They even posted 2 pictures of me on their Facebook page saying I adopted a dog from them. Thank goodness someone from there ended up helping us out.
