Stayed in room 103 this weekend for a baseball tournament . Had to call the after hours management number on the people upstairs and their constant screaming and running . Sounded like a playground upstairs . It was even rattling all light fixtures in our unit . I was told that the unit above us was privately owned and they have it as an Airbnb so it would be difficult for them to reach the owners . They said to call the police and the police finally came out a little after 11:00 . The noise was ongoing since around 9:00 . Police came in our room to hear the noise and then went upstairs . After telling them to keep quiet , the officer came back down and told me that there were multiple adults in the room also . He said it was a 2 year old and 4 year old that were running back and forth across their unit and jumping onto an inflatable mattress . I received a call back from a manager after that and was told that they have 23 units that are privately owned and being used as Airbnb .
First , shame on the adults that let that happen till late at night . I would say have some consideration but that is not the world we live in anymore . Everyone thinks the world owes them something .
Second , shame on Pine Cliff for allowing the Airbnb units to be on the upper level , knowing that they will have no control over what happens .
Descent place but I will never stay there again after this incident !
Before you check in , ask which units are...
Read moreI rarely give 5 stars. These hotel/condo rooms are great for the price. Rooms are fully furnished, decorated and homey. Kitchen has everything you need to make simple meals. Bedrooms were comfortable and it didnt take long to feel at home.
Each condo has a patio with table and chairs so you can enjoy sitting outside under the pine trees. An indoor pool is available near the main office, BBQ pits on the property between each building.
The hotel/condo is located just off the main street, on the highway but set back enough that its secluded and quiet. Located near many of the restaurant and retail commercial stores it makes going out to grab something convenient.
Just 5 minutes or less from the travel casino, and 15 from the main Indian resort casino, we were able to just take off to play for a while and head back with little effort.
I could see staying here for a couple day getaway, or a ski trip with friends. Will definitely look into this location again when...
Read moreWe were looking forward to a week out of our RV. However due to the McBride fire there were 270 families burned out of their homes. There was looting and vandalism going on. Even this resort was hit twice, the post office across the street was broke into and more! We were not able to park our RV in a spot we were originally told so we couldn’t even see it from our room! We decided not to stay as not worth the almost certain vandalism! It is very hard to get parts for RVs at this point in time! The worst thing was the resort chose not to give us our time share points back! They didn’t even try to negotiate a fair resolution to this problem! I cannot recommend this resort! If I even had just a car I wouldn’t stay there for fear of getting...
