Customer service is great and they will go above and beyond to help you find the parts you need or don't need. This part here wasn't showing up in the system when the numbers on the part were entered into the computer, but a manager there took one look at the part and knew exactly where to find it. I had to go there yesterday because I thought one of my fuses was going out and I was going to buy some so I could change it out but one of the guys working there took the time to ask me why I needed the fuses and if he could help. So I showed him what was going on with my truck and we went back inside, got on YouTube, and found a video that showed me how to reset the sensors that were giving me the error message, and it saved me from having to buy fuses. Went in to the store to exchange a big crescent wrench and a young BIG guy with black curly hair didn't even greet me just looked at me. Not even, " can I help you". Terrible service by assistant manager. This guy needs a class in customer relations. Went to buy battery. He acted ad if i was putting.him out to check the old battery. When we went back inside he did not offer to help with finding a new one. Three employees just stood around taking. A female employee helped me a and did a great job.
