WORST EXPERIENCE AT A STARBUCK'S EVER!!! I come here to do business meetings, as it's close to where I live, plus I'm disabled and it's convenient. This morning I was having a meeting (my fiancee/caregiver included) with my case manager. We ordered drinks and some breakfast items and began our meeting. There was music playing through a speaker, which is fine, but suddenly someone turned up the music so loud that we couldn't even hear each other talking. We practically had to shout. My fiancee went over to the counter and asked one of the employees nicely if they would turn down the music and he said they would, but they didn't. The couple sitting next to us commented about the music being way too loud, and then abruptly left. After about 10 minutes, I got my walker and went up to the counter (again) and asked them to turn it down because we couldn't conduct our meeting. A few minutes later the manager, who was snotty and rude, came over and asked me if I had a problem with the music. I said that I just wanted it turned down because we couldn't concentrate and had to shout at one another, while trying to conduct business. This manager had a major attitude with me, a paying customer, and I felt like he was looking down on me because I'm disabled. After about 20 minutes, he turned the music right back up. Finally, we had enough and left. I've been to many Starbuck's and have NEVER been treated like that. I became disabled about a year ago, and any other Starbuck's I've been too has always been kind and accommodating. I'm not asking for special treatment, just good customer service. Read moreFirst time ever visited a Starbucks. The staff didn't greet me when available, so I stood in the wrong line for a long time. When I was up next the staff just stared at me, turned around and just started gossiping. So I continued waiting; to order, standing at the wrong side of the counter, but in the front next to the counter. Two of the Staff became available didn't offer any help. After all the customers behind me was helped and there was no more coming I was redirected to the correct line and my transaction was completed. I discussed the situation with the manager of what happened and he really didn't seem to bothered addressing to the staff nor apologize of inconvenience. However, the store is clean and the store is located in a sort of ghetto area, but remains safe and convenient. But I personally won't ever go to any Starbucks ever and if that was ever an option for a coffee run, I would probably persuade the team to other places cause although I drink coffee like my life depends on it, I have no clue of the delicious coffees Starbucks have... And when I made two more visits and knew nothing about coffee except that it's black and I will die If I don't drink it... My lack of knowledge was embarrassing that I even bother going back two more times cause due to sampling of someone's else's vile or should I say coffee...
