Christina is a TRUE GEM of a human being. So responsive, dedicated and has the best energy. Property managers like her do not come around often and she’s one for the books. She really cares about this beautiful building and it shows!

Clarendon House is such an amazing property, one of a kind, the amenities are far greater than we could have ever expected from such historic building.

The courtyard is peaceful, laundry room impeccably kept, gym is clean and bright, elevator is on top notch shape, the WHOLE place is maintained to the 9s and she just keeps overachieving to make it better lol

The one bedroom apartments itself have insane storage, feels like triple deep in the bathroom linen closet, plus storage under the sink, a full closet in the hallway and a walk in closet in the bedroom, kitchen has more storage than we’d need too.The place doesn’t feel cheap but it’s so affordable.

It feels like Christina has thought if everything, from a rolling laundry hamper to getting deals for residents at the attached yoga studio, engaging activities that keep the vibe friendly between residents but also so mindful of privacy. Coffee, treats for dogs and humans in her office, I could go on and on.

The Clarendon House is a great place to live if you are looking for a cute, cozy and historical apartment located in one of the best parts of Sacramento- Old Town! The building is well maintained thanks to the on site team - Christina and Gene. Christina, the property manager is the most attentive I have ever experienced. Not only does she resolve issues quickly, but she does it with kindness and a smile. She is extremely approachable and easy to work with. Anytime we need help with anything, Christina is there to help. She always offers multiple resolutions to any issue that is presented to her, and resolves said issues in a timely manner. Anytime I see her on property she has a smile on her face. She goes above and beyond to help the residents and genuinely cares about their wellbeing. She even sets up a coffee cart every day for the residents outside of he office! Gene, the maintenance person is extremely quick and professional in his work and pleasant to be around as well. I would give more than 5 stars if I could and would definitely recommend Clarendon House to family...

Hands down great place to call home. Brandon is always friendly and helpful when needed. He just had inside painted and looks so nice. I live on top floor facing Joe's Crabshack and have so much fun just people watching. You never hear your neighbors, walls are very thick and stays cool in the summer and warm in the winter. This place is very pet friendly and walking your dogs around Old Sacramento is always an adventure with meeting tourist and dog lovers. Utilities are very low, after 17 months living there I have barely used my AC/Heater. Many of the stores in Old Sac will also give you resident discount, just have to ask.
