Located in the heart of old town Sacramento, LiBush is a one stop go-to when it comes to all the African goods. There are a LOT to choose from: African soaps that help with the body, to African playing toys, to African outfits, and more.
LiBush offers carefully curated items, usually with each individual item, which tell a collective story, reflecting the rich tapestry of African heritage and craftsmanship. The variety is impressive, ranging from traditional clothing to handmade baskets and intricate masks, making it a treasure trove for anyone interested in African culture.
One of the standout features of LiBush International Connections is the affordability of its goods, making it accessible to a wide range of customers. Despite the unique and high-quality nature of the items, prices remain reasonably priced, and I liked how they allowed customers to enjoy the beauty and authenticity of African crafts without breaking the bank. Me and my partner bought a few things from LiBush — all without feeling like we were broke. Another thing we like was the affordability does not compromise the quality and authenticity of the items, which are sourced from various regions within Africa, adding to their cultural significance and charm.
I like how they pride themselves on their exceptional hospitality and customer service. The staff is not only welcoming but also highly knowledgeable about each product and its cultural background, providing insightful recommendations based on customers' needs and interests, especially when they are particularly helpful in guiding customers through their range of skincare products, which include natural and organic options known for their rejuvenating properties. This personalized service creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, making shopping at LiBush International Connections not just a purchase, but a valuable cultural journey and resource for those interested in African heritage and...
Read moreDO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!! I purchased a dress at the store and the owner kept eying my purse. She watched as I pulled out my wallet and paid for the dress. I noticed two women to my right. As I left the store, the women moved past me. I went next door to pay for other purchases and my $400 wallet was gone! The vendors from that store and even the store in between all showed me their camera footage. The ower of this store refused, kept hiding her camera from us. She said the camera over the register was broken, then the one on the other side was broken, then she changed her story twice about what she saw. As soon as we got back to the hotel, she called and said the camera was working. We did not go back. I called and asked for my entire life please, she could keep the wallet. No reply. She will be hearing from a high authority soon. DON'T SHOP THERE. ...
Read moreI give this place three stars for effort. I haven't gone to the actual store yet, but I feel like their website should represent the store to the fullest... So this review is based on my visit to their site. This business seems to have a lot to offer as far as art, women's accessories and clothing go. However, upon closer inspection, the Men's category is pretty sparse in terms of clothing, and the jewelry for men is basically non-existent. Very limited to a mostly female customer base. If I could give any suggestions, it would be to stock up on some better tops for men, not just the ones with the same print and different color schemes, and also, come out with some men's necklaces, bracelets, etc. I would really love to give this business my patronage, but I'm a little turned off due to the limited selection for the...
