Haven’t had the couch long enough to give my opinion on the lasting quality but everything seems well made. Very expensive but considering the zero interest financing and free delivery helped out with the price. Also, they had a 25% off deal going on which saved us a few thousand dollars. The biggest selling point for me was the ability to configure the couch how ever we want and also the ability to add on to it later and even change the fabric out later if I get tired of the look. They did not hesitate to discuss pros and cons between options, and offered to reconfigure the units in the store so that I could feel/experience the difference. They were patient with me and all of my questions and also needing to write things down for myself, even though they also emailed me the information. I forgot to take a photo, and they promptly texted it to me after I left. We ended up making a purchase at the second visit and they thought to send me a photo of the configuration we we settled on, which was a nice surprise.
