This shop seems to be mostly occupied by aisles of cards, so I was a little concerned walking in as I was looking to buy my wife a "just because" bouquet. Upon walking to the back, my concern grew when I saw that the glass coolers were mostly empty, stocking mostly roses and simpler "filler" flowers. However, a woman promptly asked if I needed help and I explained that my wife's favorite flowers are stargazer lilies. She started that they had two types of lilies in the back, one white and one pink, which is in the family of stargazers, each for $7.50 per stem with 2+ flowers and buds. I went with two of the pink lily stems and left it up to her to fill it out with other flowers and things, and she consulted me a few times on my opinion of the mix, which was great each time, and she mentioned the price of each flower stem as well. Halfway through, she asked what I was aiming to spend and I said $40 looked like it would make for a nice arrangement. The total came out to $41.58 and you can see the bouquet in the photos. This is my second time buying flowers here and I am very happy. However, the woman who helped me today was unpleasant. The man behind the counter was a gem! I walked in today at about 2:15 PM not realizing that they closed at three. All I asked for was three $15 bouquets and specified certain colors for just one and let them run with the other two. They came out beautiful! The woman was unfriendly and very short when she took my order. She stated that it would take about 15 minutes. Not an issue as I expected to wait like last time (the woman and man who helped me my first time were amazing as well). Upon my return, the nice man rang me up and we struck up a conversation. I expressed my gratitude and thanked them both - she didn’t even crack a smile or look at me from what I could tell. I appreciated the beautiful bouquets, but not her lack of customer service. I absolutely had the best experience working with Krissy at Kimbridge Florist. I wanted to send an arrangement for my sister to make her day, she loves carnations, but I didn't really see any bouquets that I loved. I did a google search and decided to call Kimbridge (09/25) with questions on customizing an arrangement I found on their website. I was able to speak to Krissy the florist; she was very patient, informative, very detailed in answering my questions, and made suggestions regarding the balance of colors for the arrangement. I placed my order for delivery today, and as promised they were delivered on time. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful and my sister is so in love, everyone at her workplace thinks she has a secret admirer 😂.
