I will NOT BE continuing my service with this incompetent company. I asked for a tech to come out when I set up my service. The person did not send someone out instead sent me a self install kit. I have to have a tech come out as I don’t have the right outlet for the internet to work. I called them had to be patched to 6 different people. None of them could help me or figure out what I was even saying. I called the next day and asked to speak to someone else that can do the job I needed done. I spoke to someone and she said she would send someone out to install my service for free since it was not my mistake in the first place. Well I get an email from them saying they are canceling my tech coming out. I called them again only for someone to say I don’t have an open account with them at all. Mean while on the app It says I owe them money. I haven’t even used my service. I told them I wasn’t paying for anything considering I was told I was going to have 2 month free service due to them not being able to to their job. Let me break this down like Frontier’s internet during a light drizzle:
Frontier supposedly bought out GiGstreem, but nobody told my account, my email, or my sanity. Support still comes through GiGstreem (sometimes… when Mercury isn’t in retrograde), but the infrastructure is Frontier. So I have no Frontier account, no Frontier access, but I’ve inherited all of Frontier’s problems. What kind of glitch-in-the-matrix customer experience is this?
The service? Trash. Absolute soggy garbage. Goes down faster than a piña colada at a pool party every time it thunders—which, in Florida, is basically every afternoon. You’d have better luck yelling your emails out the window and hoping someone with a hotspot catches them.
I work from home and this mess is unacceptable. Unstable, unreliable, and unexplainable. I don’t know whether to scratch my watch or wind my butt. I just want working internet—not a multi-company maze of confusion held together with duct tape and denial.

But it didn’t stop them from digging up a 5x5 ft hole to place their 2.5x1.5 cable box on to my property for the neighbors use all while I was at work. Furthermore they ripped up the buried liner I had to prevent erosion when flooding and left it all over my yard. My perfectly manicured lawn now has a 5x5 mud pit. I called frontier and they asked why I didn’t go out and stop them? They have done nothing to resolve it but tell me to wait and I’ll be contacted. Obviously I won’t be contacted as they didn’t contact me while they were digging up my yard for the neighbors.
