Updated * I would like to update my review and say that Men's Wearhouse main customer service line treated us amazing and gave us a full refund. My 1 star review still remains for the Saginaw branch as their customer service and overall experience was horrible and unacceptable. After calling them over this issue they offered us half our money back but were extremely rude and would only give us the money back if all members of the grooms party physically went to the store (which is impossible for most as they live hours away). Eventually we went straight to the main customer service line as the woman we spoke to at the saginaw store was rude, dismissive, and overall not friendly. Do not ever use this store for your rental needs. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere!
Original * I will never go through Men's Wearhouse again. After having a positive experience as a groomsman in a previous wedding I decided to use them for mine. The process went well and was very easy. The problem is that all 6 suits that were rented were all wrong. My best mans suit was 6 sizes too small in his jacket and couldn't even sit down in his pants. All others, including myself, had jackets and pants that did not fit. Absolutley ridiculous that the sizes could be so off after being measured in store. Terrible experience that almost ruined my wedding. Thankfully a local bridal shop was able to get some last minute suits for myself and the groomsman. For a company that specializes in tux/suit rentals for big occasions, its absolutley unacceptable to have this many errors in sizing. Now our money was wasted on suits we couldnt even wear. Read moreWhat a nightmare this store is. My father went to pick up a tux he rented for my brother’s wedding today. The shirt had a stain, the shirt was two sizes too big, and the pants were a size too big. He was told the best they could do would be to get the correct sizes sent to a store the day of the wedding. Because they don’t open until 10, my father will either have to miss my brother’s wedding or not wear a tux. The customer service I received was terrible. I talked to two different managers. The first acted like she saw nothing wrong with the situation and eventually yelled at me and put me on hold to talk to a second manager. The second manager, Quinn, also acted like this was not a big deal but told me she would call around to see if any stores in the state had his size. She said she would call me back. She did not call me back so I called her. She informed me she was unsuccessful and there was nothing else they could do. I asked her if she was okay with my father missing my brother’s wedding because of their mistake. She said there was nothing more they could do. She offered a TEN DOLLAR refund. She was very snotty to me on the phone the entire time and completely unbothered by the fact that her store had screwed up so majorly. Almost like this happens all of the time. Read moreWe went with Men’s Wearhouse for our wedding. My husband had groomsmen all over the state and country. This company makes it very easy when you have people spread out like that. However, I would not recommend setting up a party/group online. We tried to do this and pay for everyone’s suits in advance to make the process easier. We put all of the suits in the cart, uploaded our card information, and checked out with the total reflecting the cost of all suits. We told all of the groomsmen that their suits were taken care of. There was then incredible confusion when all of the groomsmen were made to pay when they went into the stores. It turns out that setting up a group and paying for all only puts your card on file for the suits but it cannot be accessed. There is a female staff member that is incredibly helpful at this location and you can tell that she cares about her customers. She was always incredibly helpful. However, when we were helped by a different staff member, he was very absent and not very helpful in finding the correct sizing. The female staff member had to step in to get the appointment moving along.
