First time ever at a Wingstop Restaurant
The inside of the store was a little messy. Straw wrappers everywhere, floors needed swept/mopped. No trash cans available to the public because it’s the server’s job to clean up when they can. Wasn’t dirty, but wasn’t cleaned up either.
I ordered a 30 pc. Boneless meal, I got my cups for drinks. The sprite was fine, but the coca-cola definitely needed the syrup changed out, no fizz.
The most negative part of this trip wasn’t actually the food, it was the wait time. I know they have to fry up my order, it was about 8pm and it was busy. I don’t mind waiting up to 30 min max, especially since I didn’t place an order online.
It took just about an hour or so of waiting inside for the food to be ready, definitely wasn’t expecting that long of a wait time. It’s not somewhere you can just stop in for a quick bite to eat.
The service was good, the people I interacted with were nice and funny tbh, when they were trying to call out people’s orders. The music wasn’t loud or distracting like some reviews stated.
I got my order after the long wait, it was correct and everything was inside the bag. I drove home and I got to taste everything. The fries were soggy but tasted good. (Maybe too much grease) but seasoned well. The boneless wings were good, no weird bits of chicken. I will say, I have a low tolerance to heat, but I had some of the mango habernero which was one of the highest ranking sauces for spicy flavor and it wasn’t very hot at all. The garlic Parmesan were good and so were the hickory BBQ. (That one was my favorite) the ranch dips were good for extra sauce as well.
Overall, is it a bit expensive for what you get? Yes. Was the wait time ridiculous even for being busier? Yes. I think I would eat here again to give them another try, but it wasn’t a 4-5 star experience. It’s not a sit down restaurant or fancy, so I don’t expect the works. But I do wish a few things were fixed:
1.) better wait times, it shouldn’t take an hour to get 30 pc wings
2.) cleaned up the lobby better
3.) change the syrups and carbonation on the machines throughout the day for better drink experiences
The service was good, nice folk who were kind to me, the food wasn’t bad, good atmosphere when it comes to the workers and my order was correct

Who is to blame? Not 100% sure. We did receive a $52 refund from DD for what was missing, so that is good. Thank goodness our children were staying with friends or the little ones would be without food. No bueno. Think twice folks! The person we spoke with at Wing Stop when we called (5/17/25 10:12 PM EST) was at bare minimum CIVIL. No compassion, she/he did offer for us to come pick up the food tonight. Um...we didn't want to pick up food hence the Door Dash order. Lordt. Some people's kids and lack of give a shit. We definitely weren't happy at all with whomever picked up the phone at Wing Stop. Very poor customer service is a priority for some employees. The DD was extremely pleasant, even texted because she was waiting for a long time for our order. (I don't believe this is fair to any delivery company because they are losing money - HELLO)! I'm fairly sure this is a store issue. I hope the GM reads this review. Sincerely. I'm kind of thinking this Wing Stop is kind of janky. Don't bother folks. Next time BWW's it is. We honestly normally order from them but wanted to give this store a chance. Read moreI Pre-ordered on the app for delivery the next day. Order was only for 15 traditional wings, with 2 different spicy sauces ($24.92 total including driver tip). Order that arrived was labeled correctly but contained totally wrong items, all in a butter-Parmesan sauce, and cold. I called the store and was told they couldn’t replace the order with the correct wings unless I drove to the store to pick them up (which I was unable to do). Instead, they offered to refund the order to my credit card within 3 days. It’s now been 5 days, with no refund. And the Customer Service number published for WingStop is bogus & inoperative. Their website only allows you to leave general feedback with a 3rd party site. If you order here, better hope they get it right, cuz you’re not getting a replacement delivery or your money back! Deleting the app & putting them on blast everywhere. Be better, WingStop.
Update 11/8: Changing my rating here to reflect that after posting my complaints to their 3rd party customer comment site, I got a call from a WingStop rep who apologized for my inconvenience and refunded my card. Still wary about ordering online if errors can’t be corrected with a replacement delivery, but I’m open to buying again directly...
