Visited on Thanksgiving evening to watch Wicked. There is a free parking garage with easy access to the theater. Concessions are extremely expensive and they sold out of the souvenir popcorn tin. There is a bar and there are plenty of bathrooms. The popcorn tasted overcooked to me (a slight burnt taste). I spent $135 for 7 tickets. The drink area was interesting, it has those machines that allow you to customize but don't offer much instruction and take time to complete. We were only 15 minutes early but the theater was sectioned off with a sign that said still cleaning all the way up until the movie time, so a long line formed in the hallway. The seats inside the theater are comfortable. The movie was wonderful, obviously. Something that really bothered me was that after the show people were standing in the hallway (same one we had to wait in for 15 minutes before the movie) and a staff member came by and said everyone needs to move away from this area. My sister, kids, and I were waiting on my brother in-law to come out of the bathroom and given how busy the lobby was, we didn't want to lose track of him. After people didn't move, the employee walked up to another employee and started talking trash saying she told these people to move. I'm sorry but she could have been more respectful AND considerate of the fact that some people are saying goodbye to out of town relatives on Thanksgiving. Almost rated 3 stars.

The facility itself is nice and clean. I like the ability to order food or snacks and have them brought to your seat. The design of the seating is an absolute engineering fail. That said, I don't think I will ever be back to this theater again. The transparent walls that seperate the rows are directly in view of the movie screen and make it very distracting to watch a movie. Also, if you are watching a movie in 3D, the tranparent wall will cause the 3D image to distort causing the bottom half of the movie to be blurry and unwatchable. My daughter had to stand through the entire movie so she could see over the transparent wall.

I purchased 4 tickets on March 31 to see Godzilla X Kong. I sent about $70 just for the tickets and of course I purchased 4 lg drinks, lg popcorn and 2- orders of cheese sticks. I paid another $60 or so. I truly like going to this Theater because it's clean with friendly staff and good food, however this visit was horrible. The Theater #6 was around 85 degrees, and our seats wouldn't recline, which they should... I took 2 of my grandchildren to this film. We sat there sweating and very uncomfortable. It was so hot, our t-shirts were wet. It didn't start to get even remotely comfortable until the movie ended. My husband told them before the film started about the high temp and he was told "we could movie to lower seats". Please tell me if this is really how AMC treats their customers?? If it is I am very hesitant to see a movie there again. They need to learn how to treat their customers better. No one bothered to inform us that the air-conditioning unit wasn't working before we took our seats, nor did they offer to let us select another time/theater to watch our movie?? I must admit that was Poor customer service!! I prefer AMC to their competition, however sitting in a hot Theater for 2 hrs was terrible. No one offered comp tickets or any alternative. We love going to the theater, but spending over $120 to sit and bake is truly AWFUL.. We are planning on seeing a other movie, but I'm not sure where we should go. I shared this terrible experience, just to warn everyone they may experience what I did at the St....

I have been to this theater about 4 times since it has opened. Nice place when you walk in.. Very nice staff alway make sure you have what you need. However, once you get into the theater it changes.

If you sit in thr upper level there is a piece of glass infront of you that is never clean I have learned to clean this myself when i come in because it looks like it has never been cleaned and the bottom half of the screen looks dirty and smudge very distracting.. Not to mention they all wear masks and wipe down everything so it's weird they would ignore the actually place people are sitting the most

I typically have to wipe down my seat and clean it out from old popcorn and tickets from the last person. Ever heard of a vacuum?

There was a roudy crowd tonight. Which is understandable because it is a Tuesday and it's half priced. I expect just a lil push back on crowd noise. However, we requested the staff handle the situation so we can enjoy thr more which felt like was turned down really low. They came in and sat in for a few minutes then left. Once they left the noise started right back up again. Leaving the same way you come in and acting like a baby sitter isnt gonna do much.. We eventually just left. In mid movie..

We are premiere member of AMC and it's dissapointing we had to leave in the middle of a film due to the fact of the way the staff handled the hecklers during the flick.

I'd like my money back but I doubt it will...
