After trying to explain having a busy schedule and specifically asking to buy class sessions instead of committing to joining as a member, I was told that was NOT an option. So since I wanted to be able to work out with them, I became a member and bought the cheapest membership possible. I was unable to attend the typical 2 classes/week due to my work schedule and their available times. After paying for a month, I went back in to cancel since I was paying for classes that I could hardly ever attend and was offered by staff to buy "a PACKAGE of class sessions". Hopefully you can see my frustration?!? THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT I HAD ASKED FOR WHEN I FIRST STARTED!! Not sure why that all of a sudden that became an option.. they were not honest (in regards to having the option to simply purchase class sessions) and then I was required to pay for another month before I could get out of my membership (which was in their contract that I signed). When I took my first Otf workout at Ellisville, I was hooked. It has such a great atmosphere made up of upbeat music, motivational coaches, friendly members and staff. You can't beat the workouts! I like that the workouts are always different everyday. Also that is motified to any fitness level. You vs you. The whole concept of Orangetheory Fitness is incredible! I recommend ANYONE to try it! You can truly feel they want you to succeed and make you feel like your apart of a family, because they care about you as a person. I’ve had many gym memeberships and always hated going, not fun.
