VaporWize St. Charles — Local services in Saint Charles

I was having a vape crisis... my ADV has changed formulas and I'm stuck with about 650mls of juice that tastes suntan lotion somehow. So my girlfriend and I went to the vaporwize in st Charles it was our first time at this location and I explained my situation to them and we sat there for almost two hours trying to find my picky a** something I would like to vape. I've been to almost all brick and mortars around the Stl area and this place is different the guy helping us out (I was to busy ordering different flavors while he seemlesly fulfilled other customers needs to catch his name) really tailored to my personal flavor profile. I've been vaping for 6 years and was so frustrated with my usual juices that I bought nicotine gum and was ready to call it quits but I love vaping it's my hobby as much as a vice and this gentleman resparked my vaping passion. This place isn't like some other stores where you feel like you're interrupting some buddies hanging out that just happen to sell vape stuff. Anyway I'm now rambling but happily as I vape on one tank of super strudel and one of bad drip cereal killer. Support good...

I've been to this shop twice and both times the customer service was just not there. It seems like the employees are more interested in helping the people that they know and come in often. All I wanted was some ejuice and the one I wanted wasn't in the nicotine level I wanted, so they offered to bump it up. I thought that was awesome. The employee takes the ejuice, sets it down and starts talking to another customer sitting down from me. I waited a few minutes and kindly asked is the ejuice ready, I guess I upset him by interupting and he said I asked you three times what you wanted it bumped up to which I did not hear him say once, (I told him three mg when I handed it to him) I ignored his rudeness and said 3mg. I waited at the register to check out once the ejuice was done and the other employee working walked right by me to help another regular customer and checked him out first. Their products are awesome and I am always satisfied with my ejuice which is why I didn't give them one star but to me customer service is everything especially new customers. Sadly I will be finding a new vape...

Jessica was more than decent to me and definitely the prices are the best anywhere around town and beat most if not all online prices... plus no waiting around no shipping none of that. I love that it's family-owned, which you seldom get anymore and they take pride in their product line and have authentic equipment made by the actual manufacturers. They do have some clone equipment which they have separated and outright tell you that it's clone stuff which is refreshing. Their juice selection is simply the best around there's no BSN about what's in it and their prices on that again are just the best! I live about 30 miles away and it is always worth the ride to go there it's an easy going place, always someone around there talking or having a good time and the atmosphere itself is not dark and closed in like a nightclub which makes it feel a little bit more inviting. On a side note if there's anything that you want and they don't happen to have it they can get it and quicker than you could by ordering it online for sure.... and you'll know...
