Smoothie King — Restaurant in Saint Charles

Would never buy anything from this location!! Horrible service and they will lie to you! My husband ordered a smoothie for me when we stopped by this area to grab some supplies on our way through town. He accidently placed it for this location when he meant to place it at one we saw that we had just passed. But we aren't from here and don't know the area, honest mistake. So we go back to the store we thought we had the order for, the one we passed and go through drive thru and she says she doesn't see the order but can make it real quick. We show her she says it's a different store so we call the store and ask to cancel at 11:50 order was placed at 11:40. I explained we don't live here or know where that store is and accidently placed an order for the wrong location that we are sitting at a different one and asked if he could cancel. The guy said yes, no problem it wasnt even done but that the refund would take a few days. I said I understand, no big deal, and I'm sorry. So the smoothie king we were sitting at said she could make it real quick so we could get back on the road. Great....we get back on the road and almost an hr away, and we get a call. Sorry, we can't refund that it's our policy. OK well if it was your policy why did I get told an hr ago it was fine bc if he had said no i cant cancel it or if he had said its already made i could have tried to find it and picked up my smoothie but no he didnt do that. I said then your person should have never told me they would refund to which Matthew repeatedly told me oh well it's our policy. It wasn't even made and I was told it was canceled...on top of that he ruined my big day with this mess and knows we aren't from there and literally can't pick up a smoothie and still proceeded to say he was charging us anyway. When I said I'll file a dispute with my bank he said good luck with that. Rude, unprofessional, liars...and I see now why you need my money so bad bc you obviously aren't making enough that you have to steal from people. Good luck with that....bc you chose the wrong person bc I like to make points when ppl mistreat and lie to others! I really hope that attitude made you feel big for the moment Matthew bc you just cost your boss....you don't get to lie and steal and treat others rudely and expect them to put up with it. The customer is not always right...that i know but when they make an honest mistake and try to fix it and are told it's fine then you call them an hr later when they are in a whole other state and get an attitude and tell them you are keeping their money....it's only 10 bucks..no skin off my back but ooh I was raised on principles so even if it was .50 I'd show you why you don't treat ppl that way and expect to stay in business. I have been addicted to smoothie King for more than 2 years. So much that it is included in my budget. I normally go to the store on Olive in the Dierbergs plaza, but when this store went up with a drive throughout.... I was so happy. A dozen or so visits later, every experience I have had here has been bad. The employees seem miserable, they don't have coupons and look at you like you are crazy when you ask. Today I order my normal Green Tea Tango with strawberry and acia skinny (YUM YUM YUM) it comes to me without the acai. I tell the guy it is missing a fruit and he makes another one. I drive off and this one is flat and milky. Now as I am trying to get out into traffic (horrid construction) I just can't believe it is so bad. So I turn around go in and a very nice guy makes me another. Again milky and flat. I have probably drank near a thousand of these over the years and they just can't get it right. Looks like I am back to Olive! I wish I had an owners phone number so that he was aware of how off they are compared to every other Smoothie King I...

Went to this location today on Friday not a long line. Drove from Florissant because that location is Horrible but if today happens again the rock road will be the same. Ordered a green smoothie(metabolism) that I always get it was yellow first off. I knew it was wrong on sight and I tried it so much powder. The second one was another green smoothie looked right but all you tasted was water favored veggies. Gave them back to be remade first one came out right but the second one the girl only dumbed it back in the blender and added ice. Like I wouldn’t know but I just took it and mixed the two together when I got home. It’s a shame I have to to go to Maryland Heights or Creve Coeur for it to be made right. I have two stars because I’ve been coming here off and on since end of May and this is the first time it was wrong. I didn’t like the sneakiness with remaking...
