Waffle House — Restaurant in Saint Charles

I can't believe how we were treated!!!!! Walked in, house is packed...I stood there by the door, noticed 5 employees all face down. No one greeted me or acknowledged that I was there. I noticed at least two glance up and ignore me, still waiting for a table, forget the greeting. A table clears out and leaves almost immediately, but still waiting for it to be cleaned. Another lady walks in behind me and asks about the procedure as to getting a table. I said to her that you just have to wait for one. My husband walks down the isle and sees one seat open. He tries to call me iver for it, but I said I'd rather wait for the table. Then we were attempting to sit at the cleared but not clean table and the waitress , finally head up, fussed at us saying the other lady was waiting for that table. We tried to tell her we were there first, but she told us that we were not and just gave the table to the lady behind us. I was appalled and left! I cannot stand the lack of customer service they showed us and I will not step foot in that door again!!!! Heads up people!!!!!! Awareness will take you much further than arguing with your customers!!!!! Hands down, zero stars!...

Food was great not great servicethe waitresss was very rude and has made sure that i never enter that establishment again i got my food had drank my soda so i asked for another, she sets the cup down starts taking a order ,(mind you i had just eaten a jalelapeno) figured i would get ot after she took that order then she started doing other tables, so after bout 5 mins i wait i wait for eye contact ask her for the soda again she comes over grabs the cup she sat down ( daisha) says this one and turns around and rolls her eyes. By this time not even hungry anymore i finish up take the bill up in red ink she puts big line thru tip line i tip at least 20 % when i dont get eyes rolled at me even more. I tipped 3 bucks on a 8 dollar tab ( wouod have been more if she had any good customer service and go yo leave when she mumbled off how she dont care so that was the final straw im speaking to the manager the way he started speaking with hwr clearly it wasnt the first time im sure plenty of peopke just stop going and dont say aanything,which was going to be me until she was blatantly rude , had no choice...

Man I was so excited to see there was a Waffle House close by to my house however this was absolutely terrible. My boyfriend and I had Paige as our waitress and she was a mess. My bf ordered the hash browns all the way and it even said so on her ticket she wrote but when he got it there wasn’t any chili on it however she still wanted to charge us for it. I tried to tell her to please take it off as we didn’t even receive it then she argued but ended up taking 25 cents off. I then told her she needs to take 50 cents off as it says clearly on the menu every topping on the hasbrowns is 50 a piece. We also didn’t receive our waffle until we were getting ready to leave and she then told us she “forgot” to put it on even though it was written on her ticket. Then suddenly she changed the total from 23$ to about 28$. Not sure how that happened. Really disappointed in her and her service. She also was constantly taking out her phone while working and was very unprofessional. Not to mention the coffee we received was SO bitter it was hard to...
