Worst experience ever. Extremely rude manager who refused to sell items for total of around $500 because I just asked to let me know what was the cost of each item while purchasing. Would have taken no extra time to voice out the amount whiles scanning them, there were no customers behind me and in general a very valid request to know how much item costs when prices are all with different discounts and it is impossible to make out what is total amount paid for. Had a closed beverage in my hand, not consuming but just holding. Had just purchased from gallery below and was told I couldn't be in store with it and I could throw it away. I didn't, I left as did my wife who had a handful of items that we didn't purchase. We have visited many times without that tone in the past and made many purchases in the store. Easily one of the biggest, nicest souvenir shops in Cruz Bay. 2-stories of hats, shirts, everything swim related, sunglasses, flip-flops, etc. We didn't buy anything, so we cannot comment on the customer service complaints noted in other reviews. The inventory appeared to be good quality. A fun place to walk through, even if nothing catches your eye! Recommend...
